He was predeceased by: his parents, George Shonkwiler and Wilma Jane "Wid" Shonkwiler (Nance); and his brothers, Michael Robertson, Howard Dennis Shonkwiler and Mark Thomas Shonkwiler.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Shonkwiler; his children, Keith Shonkwiler (Becky) and LeeAnn Storey (Jason); his grandchildren, Christian Porter, Taylor Shonkwiler (Dylan), Matthew Shonkwiler (Avery), Jacob Storey and Eli Storey; his great grandchildren, Adreanah Lutz and Beau Maynard; and his siblings, Timothy Shonkwiler, Gregory J. Shonkwiler (Pam), Kimberly Jean McRoberts (Michael) and Lori Ann Conley (Joe). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home to offset funeral expenses.
