He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth Ann Wells Conkey; and his siblings, Tommy Conkey, James Conkey, Wanda Wood and Nancy Chamberlin.
He is survived by: his children, Tena Conkey of Peebles, Jennie Kimble (Bob) of Lucasville and Scott Conkey (Rhonda) of Lucasville; his grandchildren, Nicholas Kimble (Tasha), Kala Riley (JJ), Logan Conkey (Kara), Heath Kimble and Kelsey Conkey; his great grandchildren, Hunter and Mason Riley; his stepgrandchildren, Enka Markins, Sean Berry (Ciara) and Kylie Grossenbacher (Zak); and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Lathan Markins, Bennett and Jack Berry.
