He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin G. Allen and Marie Salyers Allen. He is survived by: his siblings, Ray Allen, Dale Allen, Jean Ginn, Connie Stamper, Debbie Johnson and Misty Lauder; and his nephew Adam Lauder.
