It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darlene Barker of Minford, Ohio, who passed away on January 17, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Skaggs and Faye Skaggs (Linville); her husband Willis Boyd Barker; her son Mark Wayne Barker; and her siblings, Delmaine Skaggs, Silas Skaggs and Gloria Mae Skaggs.
She is survived by: her son Roger Lee Barker (Gwyn); her granddaughter Dawn Barker-Potts (Matt); her great grandchildren, Farran Barker, Jaden Barker and Asher Barker; her stepgrandchildren, Robert Madden, Angie Madden and Kevin Madden; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Genevieve Siegel, Lynsi Madden, Bethany Scott (Hayden) and Aiden Howard; her sister Deloris Gilliam; and her daughter-in-law Kay Howard. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 9:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 12:00 PM and on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM.
