It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Coleman Copas III of Minford, Ohio, born in Blue Creek, Ohio, who passed away on May 19, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Coleman Edward and Lillian Pearl Evans Copas; his granddaughter Morgan Copas; his great grandchild Brice Rothwell; and his siblings, Donnie, Mike, Pete, Dig, Judy and Mae.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Roe Copas; his children, Coleman "Chip" Copas IV, Johnny Montgomery, Jason Montgomery, Tammy Tackett and Teresa Copas; and his siblings, Buck Copas, Betty Justice, Carlene "Mouse" Hughes, Charlene "Tark" Chaffin and Patty Taylor. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
