Charlotte Horsley Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 26, 2019, at the age of 92, Charlotte Horsley (Minford, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alva "Doc" Arnold and Lena Katherine Arnold (Anderson); and her husband Donald Horsley, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughter Debbie Allen; her son-in-law Tim Allen of Minford; her grandchildren, Andrea Murphy (Patrick) of Canal Winchester and Weston Allen of Kawkawlin, Michigan; her great grandchildren, Maureen Murphy, Skylar Allen, Margaret "Maggie" Murphy and Mary Murphy; and her siblings, June Porter (Gene) of Wheelersburg, Walter Arnold of Lucasville and Floyd Arnold of Sciotodale. She is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
