She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Horn and Trecie Van Horn Sr. (Simmons); and her siblings, Forest Van Horn, Virginia Kerns, Dorothy Marie Bradfield, Edna Malone, Mary Fryer, Helen Thompson and Shirley Barr.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Plummer of North Lima and Tina Henderson (Les) of Olive Hill, KY; and her brother Hubert Van Horn Jr. of Minerva. She is also survived by her family and friends.
