She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Thomas "L. T." Novak and Janet Louise Novak (Smith); and her nephew Braylen Novak. She is survived by: her siblings, Stephanie S. Renicker of Sherrodsville, OH and Stan Novak (Tonya) of Tippecanoe, OH; her nephews, Nate Novak of Tippecanoe and Hayden Renicker (Sabrina) of Hubbard, OH; and her niece Elise Hensel (Vince) of Tampa, Florida.. She is also survived by sister, and of course, her niece and nephews.
