He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Skaggs and Zella Skaggs (Phillips); his wife Georgia Skaggs (Green); his children, Debra Ann Buck and Terry Lee Skaggs; his granddaughter Michaela Newcomer; his siblings, Lorraine Roach (Raymond), Phyllis Collier (Denzel) and Loren Skaggs; and his nephews, Jeffrey Collier and Michael Roach.
He is survived by: his daughter Meleia Rogers (Charles) of Paris; his grandsons, Ryan Cunningham (Jayme) of Minerva, Joshua Cunningham (Karen) of Moreland Hills, OH and Anthony (Ashley Abbate) of Portland, OR; and his great grandchildren, Arianna, Gavin, Rowan and Elliott Cunningham.
