Mills Sr. of Minerva, Ohio, born in Augusta, Ohio, who passed away on January 4, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Mills and Mary Frances Mills (McConnell); and his siblings, Carrie Wilson, June Gascon, Charles and John Mills.
He is survived by: his children, Penny Mills of Minerva and Ross Mills Jr. of Minerva; his siblings, Ruth VanMeter of Minerva, Phyllis Knoebel (Paul) of Clinton and Richard Mills of Wooster; his grandchildren, Evan, Garret, Rachael, Rhonan Mills and Nichole Wallace; and his great grandchild Paisley Mills.
