It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosanna Francis (Minerva, Ohio), born in Junior, West Virginia, who passed away on December 5, 2018, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her brothers, Michael Proudfoot and William Proudfoot. She is survived by: her husband Howard Francis; her children, Vicki O'Neil (Richard), Grace Kochan, Dean Kirkpatrick, Regina Wright (David), Bobby Kirkpatrick and Daniel Francis (Mindy); and her siblings, Carolyn Linton, Linda Finefrock (Ken), Ralph Proudfoot, Donna Witte (Gene), Jerry Proudfoot, James Proudfoot (Jean), David Proudfoot (Renee), Penny Postlewaite (Scott) and Barb Walton (Darl). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren.
