He is survived by: his sons, Jon Thomas Hetherington of Wooster and Robert Todd Hetherington of Minerva; his siblings, Sandra Oberholtzer of Columbiana, Roger Hetherington (Syl) and William Hetherington (Linda); and his grandsons, Noah Thomas of Youngstown and Jeffery Stuart Hetherington of Youngstown.
