He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard Horton and Dorothy Horton (Garman); his wife Sue Horton (McGee); his children, Criss Kubankin (Doug) of Carrollton, Charnell Smith (Keith) of Alliance and Richard Horton (Tiffany) of East Rochester; and his sisters, Sheri Frenden, Debbie Clarida (Bill) and Kim Melzer (Tom). He was also cherished by 9 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and several cousins.
