He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Keister and Dorothy Keister (Steigner); his wife Juanita Keister (Fankhauser); and his siblings, Geraldine Carter, Sandra Shank, Russell and Richard Keister.
He is survived by: his children, Dianna Keister of Carrollton, Dana Keister (Chris) of Minerva and Darren Keister of Minerva; his siblings, Ellen Wendell of East Canton, Darlene Cooper of Toledo, David Keister of Minerva, Dale Keister (Bonnie) of Minerva and Larry Keister of Pekin; and his grandchildren, Matthew, Nick, Megan, Ryan, Tim, Rebecca, Elissa, Justin and Kristin. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home, Inc. (206 E Lincolnway, Minerva, OH 44657). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
