He is survived by: his mother Shirley Witherspoon (Grimes) of Lisbon; his siblings, Charles Witherspoon (Cathy) of Canton, Lynette Church (Jeff) of Alliance and Susan Waefler; and his brother-in-law Douglas Waefler. He is also survived by Four nephews and Two nieces.
