Harper; her children, Peggy Albert (Alex) and Luke Roth (Jenna); her parents, William Raney and Edna Raney; her siblings, Billy, Kathleen (Sullivan) and Gertrude Raney; her grandchildren, Banner, Brynn and Carsen Albert; and her nieces and nephews, Rhett, Bryce and Kyle Harper (Alice).
She and David's charity extended to the communities they lived in through food pantries, volunteering and serving on community boards and associations.
