She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Monk and Bertha Monk (Spencer); her former husband Walter; her husband George Masich; her daughter Tammy Hawkins; and her siblings, Joy Elton, Jeanne Przybylski, Sam Monk, Jr., Robert Monk and Charles Monk.
She is survived by: her children, Tina Betz (Robert) of Minerva and Michael Masich (Eva); her sisters, Ruby McCray of Minerva and Donna Myers of Minerva; and her granddaughter Jeanann Barringer (Jimmy) of Mechanicstown. She is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
