He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Hafner and Pearl Hafner (Nussbaum). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Hafner (Bowlin); his daughters, Kimberly Heestand of Cincinnati, Jill Griffith (Bob) of Grove City and Jennifer Wallace (David) of Blythewood, SC; his siblings, Susan Hafner (Sharlene McDaniel) of Auburn, AL and Mark Hafner of Richville; his grandchildren, Katelane Kirschner (Ahren), Morgan Wallace, Andrew Wallace (Blaire), Blake Griffith, Lauren Griffith and Bennett Griffith; and his great grandchildren, Ellery and Opal.
The family has requested that remembrances be made in the form of contributions to Minerva Rehabilitation and Nursing Center's activity fund.
