She is survived by: her son Robert Berolucci (Becky); her grandchildren, Mike Bertolucci (Amber) and Heather Rine (Chad); and her great grandchildren, Emma Bertolucci and Logan Bertolucci.

In lieu of flowers we ask that memorial contributions be made to St. Luke's Activity Fund in Minerva or Crossroads Hospice.
