It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leo V. Bailey (Minerva, Ohio), born in Glouster, Ohio, who passed away on July 8, 2018, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Sarah Bailey (Harper); and his siblings, Margie Kennedy and Jack Bailey. He is survived by: his children, Sandy Betz (Niles) of Sebring, Cheryl Wilson (Joseph) of Minerva, David Bailey (Sharon Pucci) of Elizabeth City, NC, Ronald Bailey (Gloria) of Waynesburg and Ricky Bailey (Jean) of McKenney, VA; his grandchildren, Deidre, Chad, Todd, Amy, Mike, Rick, Scott, Joe, Brian, Kristi and Josh; and his siblings, Jean Mullen of Brewster, Rose Ayers of East Canton, Patty Collins, Janice Strawn (William) of Boliver, Peggy Clow (William) of Suffield, Wayne Bailey (Jane) of Canton, Ron Bailey (Donna) of Mt and Richard Bailey (Sharon) of Courtland.
