He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy Nash; his wife Sandra Nash (Knepper); and his brother Dr. Richard Nash. He is survived by: his children, Larry Kevin Nash MD (Anne), Keith Nash (Deborah) and Kellie Foster (Robert); and his grandchildren, Jason and Hannah Foster.
