He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos King and Laura King (Hardgrove); and his siblings, Audrey Zimmerman, Georgia Houze, Marjorie KcKenzie, Nova Courtheyn, Mary Alice Thompson, Donna King, Glen Richard King and Paul King.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela King (Reed); his children, Nicole King (Scott Hammond) of Columbus, Tana Hall (Mark) of Minerva and Kenneth King of Columbus; and his grandsons, Elliot Hall (Heather) of Lancaster and Ethan Hall of Columbus.
