She is survived by: her husband Rodney Chambers; her daughter Michele Orwick of Orlando, FL; and her grandchildren, Brooke Ohler of Jackson Twp, Joseph Chambers (Mindi) of Louisville, Casey Chambers of Jackson Twp, Olivia Ohler and Matthew Chambers.
