He is survived by: his wife Christine Kress; his children, Alissa Johnson (Ronald) of Carrollton, Matt Kress of St. Petersburg, FL and John H. Kress III (Betty) of North Benton; his grandchildren, Makayen, Noah, Chloe Sallade and Meesha Caplinger (David); and his siblings, David Kress (Linda) of Louisville, Barbara Jacobson of North Canton, Jean Boggs of North Canton, Joan Kress of North Canton and Mary Ann Saur of Ft. Myers, FL. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
