He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Horn and Delilah Rager Horn; and his sisters, Dorothy and Jean. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen; his children, Amanda K. Shepherd, Benjamin A. Horn and James W. Horn; his brothers, Kevin Horn and Tim Horn; and his in-laws, Dave and Kay Evans. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Carrollton Bible Chapel (365 Steubenville Rd SE, Carrollton, OH 44615). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
