He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Horn and Delilah Rager Horn; and his sisters, Dorothy and Jean. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen; his children, Amanda K. Shepherd, Benjamin A. Horn and James W. Horn; his brothers, Kevin Horn and Tim Horn; and his in-laws, Dave and Kay Evans. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
