He is survived by: his wife Esther Packard (Cox); his children, Chris Packard (Elizabeth) of Minerva, Mike Bengtson of Rootstown, John, Scott, Rob Packard and Rita of Augusta; and his sister Helen Fry of Mechanicstown.
