He is survived by: his parents, Jeffrey A. Sr. Mohn and Geraldine Mohn (Basulto); his son Joseph Mohn of Minerva; his siblings, Samantha Mohn-Warwick (Kurt) of Minerva and Angelo Mohn (Ashley) of Minerva; and his grandmother Ellen Mohn of Minerva. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
