He was predeceased by: his parents, Martha Ann Mullen Farnsworth and Harvey Ray Farnsworth Sr.; and his siblings, Robert, Virginia "Toots" Spencer, Matilda "Tilly" Stroud and George Farnsworth.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Ann Lowe Farnsworth; his sons, Harvey R. "Chip" Farnsworth III (Laura) of Molina, KS, Charles Farnsworth of Winfield, KS, James Farnsworth of Independence, KY and Thomas Farnsworth (Cindy) of Loveland, OH; and his sister Carolyn Butcher of Mineral Wells.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Leavitt Funeral Services and Crematory - Parkersburg (403 7th St, Parkersburg, WV 26101). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the same location.
