He was predeceased by: his parents, David Oyer and Kathleen Oyer (Haynam); his sister Kathleen Foster; and his mother-in-law Margaret Lesh. He is survived by: his daughter Aimee Leforte (Mark); his former wife Margaret Oyer; his siblings, Nellie Rosenberger (Wayne) and David Oyer Jr.; and his grandchildren, Sarah and Cayde Leforte. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
