He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Norris and Lillian Norris (Holbert); and his siblings, Linda Mayle and James Holbert. He is survived by: his wife Ella Norris (Tabler); his children, Cassandra Norris (Derrick Norris) of East Canton, Gabriel Norris (Janet) of Salem and Jason Dexter (Ashley) of Canton; his siblings, Janice Gibson of Zanesville, Kimberly Norris of Minerva, Kenneth Holbert of Athens, Jeffrey Norris of Zanesville and Vaden Norris of Zanesville; and his grandchildren, Jaquellynn, Roman, Alexsondra, Damaris, Ahmriella and Selah.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Minerva First Christian Church (300 W Lincoln Wy, Minerva, OH 44657). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Crystal Park Wesleyan Church in Canton.
