He is survived by: his children, Quinten Ray Kramer of Alliance, Evan Scott Kramer (Melanie) of Dumas and Kari Boehs (Tyson) of Leland; and his brothers, Curt Kramer (Mary Lee) of Alliance, Ferris Kramer (Rosalynda) of El Campo, TX and John Kramer of Hungerford, TX. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
