He is survived by: his children, Debra Spriggs (William) of Potomac, MD, Dianna Rohr (Jerry) of Minerva, Darlene Seenes of Paris, OH, Denise Himes of Malvern and Edward Carter II (Susan) of Hartville; his close friend Joe Turick of Canton; and his siblings, Doris Hellerman of Cedar Key, FL, Linda Woomer (Harry) of Albion, PA, Judy Noerr (Bob) of Albion, PA, Glenn Carter of Albion, PA and Frank Carter (Pat) of Cranesville, PA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
