He was predeceased by: his father Donald Koffel; and his brother Stephen Koffel. He is survived by: his wife Cathi; his children, Alisa Ogg (Bernie), Louise Koffel-Black (Jimmy), Christina Buck (Ryan), Julie Wise (Chad), Charles and Anthony Petrides; his brother Donald Koffel (Vicki); his grandchildren, Sara, Matt, Vance, Ryan, Hayden, Jonathan, Karis, Jesse, Alyssa and Rozlynn; and his great grandchild Aubriella.
