He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Tinlin and Pauline Tinlin (Mills); and his brother Richard Tinlin. He is survived by: his wife Kaaren (Johnson); his children, Doug Tinlin (Shelley) of Paris, Kim Zwick (Rich), Kay Weisburn, Brooke Scaglione (Daniel) of Alliance and Farrah Dray (B. J.) of Minerva; his grandchildren, Tyler, Elizabeth, Paige, Olivia, Owen, Regan, Miranda, Kiersten, Derek, Mark and Kat; his brother Dave Tinlin (Amy); and his sister-in-law Sandy Tinlin. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
