With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carrie Ruff of Minerva, Ohio, who passed away on February 14, 2022 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Watson Stark, and Effie Maude Stark, Sr. (Rennix); her husband Ralph Ruff; her son Michael Ruff; and her brothers, Watson and Joseph Stark.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Michal Dawn Ruff and Adam Ruff; her nephew Joe Miller (Terri); her great-nephew Josh; her friends, Richard, Phyllis Lautzenheiser, Jerry, Debbie Stover, Dave and Ellen Conrad; and also, Ashley and Carrie.
