She was predeceased by: her parents, George William Cope and Dorothy Long Cope; her former husband Jack Blackburn; her niece Chelle Lucas; and her brother-in-law Tom Albaugh.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Lisa Wagner and Mark Blackburn; and her siblings, Al Cope, Nel Weese and Becky Albaugh. She is also survived by four grandchildren, one great grandchild.
