She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Agnew and Hazel Agnew (Williams); her husband Kenneth Leasure; her son Anthony Wayne Eberly; and her siblings, Alice Henry and Harry Agnew.
She is survived by: her children, Sue Scott (Dan) of Minerva, Timothy Eberly (Deborah) of Strasburg and Danny Eberly (Deedee); her stepson Christopher Leasure (Michelle) of Alliance; and her close friend Bill Stack of Minerva. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 16 great grandchildren.
