She was predeceased by: her father Donald Osborn; and her sister Janet Talbert. She is survived by: her mother Shirley Osborn (Thompson) of Malvern; her boyfriend Mark Madison; her daughters, Terri Ocel (Cody) of Minerva and Tasha Barrick of Canton; her siblings, Denise Glasure (Shawn) of Carrollton, Donna Grannon, Sally Stone, Brenda Osborn and Ronnie Osborn; and her grandchildren, Ethan Martino, Gabe Martino, Kadince Wisenburg and Elsie Ocel.
