Bellard Sr. of Mineral Ridge, Ohio, born in Steubenville, Ohio, who passed away on August 16, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Shelby J. "Jean" Bellard (Gifford); his children, Dina Mitchell (David) of Newnan, Georgia, Leslie "Flip" Bellard II of Newnan, Mark E. Bellard (Robin) of Palmetto, Steven W. Kirk (Duan) of Charlotte and Martha Dermer (Robert) of Cortland; his grandchildren, Shane, Hunter, Grayson, Mara and Pim; and his great grandchild Madalynn.
