She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Thomas Oakley and Bertha Oakley (Agin); her former husband Robert E. Winstead; her husband Charles M. Brewer; her children, Robert Winstead (Sheila) of Dyersburg, TN and LaVonda Thacker (Richard) of Mineral Ridge, OH; and her stepdaughter Diane Pulse of Beebe, AR. She was also cherished by eleven Grandchildren and nine Great-Grandchildren.
