He was predeceased by: his parents, John Harver and Anna Horney Harver; and his siblings, Edward, Thomas, Andy, William Harver, Margaret and Marilyn.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Strah Harver; his sons, Ronald Harver (Anita) of Warren and John Harver of Austintown; and his grandsons, Jacob Harver, Eric Harver and Ian Harver. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
