He was predeceased by: his parents, John Harver and Anna Horney Harver; and his siblings, Edward, Thomas, Andy, William Harver, Margaret and Marilyn.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Strah Harver; his sons, Ronald Harver (Anita) of Warren and John Harver of Austintown; and his grandsons, Jacob Harver, Eric Harver and Ian Harver. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, Joe's family suggests memorial contributions be made to the American Heart Association via their website http://www.heart.org.
