He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry J. Armstrong and Tacy I. Armstrong (Stewart); his aunt Dorothy; his uncle Bodie Blymiller; and his siblings-in-law, Marion Hill and Jack Milford.
He is survived by: his wife Donna (Conner); his children, Lisa Seivert (Bryan) and Jeffrey J. Armstrong Jr. (Brett); his sisters, Renie Withrop (Larry), Maxine Milford, Louise McNany (Paul) and Sandy DeLair (Bucky); his siblings-in-law, Butch Conner, Fr Steven Conner, Will Conner (Janice), Larry Conner (Michelle), Bucky Conner (Lynette) and Kathy Robinson (Tim); his grandsons, Cameron and Connor Seivert; and also, Ricky and Shelly Maher. He is also survived by his kids. And many nieces and nephews.
