She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Whittaker and Mildred Whittaker (Chambers); her husband Kenneth L. Mowery Sr.; her son Michael Mowery; and her siblings, Tommy, Ralph, Glenn, Donald Whittaker, Betty Whittaker and Georgetta Leonhart.

She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Mowery Jr. of Mineral Ridge, Craig Mowery of Mineral Ridge, Brent Mowery Sr. (Ronda) of Liberty Township and Denise Mowery of Tucson, Arizona; her daughter-in-law Holly Mowery of Mineral Ridge; her grandchildren, Christopher (Tara), Danielle, Brooke, Brent Jr. (Melissa), Nicole (Randy), Kylie, Tyler, Zach and Charlie; and her great grandchildren, Rachel, Caleb, August, Eli and Bodhi.
