She was predeceased by: her mother Yvonne Hornberger (Heckathorn); her husband Paul Tonya; and her brother James Lisle. She is survived by: her parent Daryle Hornberger; her children, Mariah Rene Grover (Nick), Amanda McNevin (Lucas), Miraclelynn Myers and Robert Myers; her grandchildren, Olivya, Connor, Lucas Jr., Layla and Lilly; her brothers, Christopher Hornberger, Jeremy Hornberger (Laurie), George Lisle and Harry Lisle; her close friend Leona Chapline; and also Daryle Hornberger.

In lieu of flowers donation can be made to the Sly Family Funeral Home, PO Box 1275, Middlefield, Ohio 44062 to assisted with her funeral expenses.
