She is survived by: her husband Melvin Balciar; her children, Kevin Balciar (Lisa) of Mineral Ridge and Carrie Dascoli (John) of Austintown; her brothers, Roland Garland (Carol) of Austintown and Gary Garland (Fonda) of North Jackson; her granddaughter Sabrina; and her pet Maggie. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; one great-great-niece.
