He is survived by: his wife Virginia Argiro Jacola; his daughter Jan Sternagel (Richard) of Canfield; his grandchildren, Stacey, Schermer of Weston, Fla., Lesley Gent of Miami Beach, Becky and Silva of Foxborough, Mass.; his great grandchildren, Hayley, Brooke Schermer, Katelynn Dineen and Andrew Silva; his sister Fran Morrow of Poland; his son-in-law Tom Gent (Joan) of Austintown; and his siblings, Michael Jacola, Joseph Jacola, Teeny Uhlar, Mena Craig, Peppy Shelar and Jake.
In lieu of flowers, Jake's family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society; or to Shepherd of the Valley in Boardman.
