He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton Otis, Sr. and June L. Smith (Farley); and his sisters, Mara Smith and Junotis Lockwood. He is survived by: his siblings, Alicia Smith, Sardin Jordan, Octavius Smith, Sr. of Niles, Clinton Otis Smith, Jr. of Niles, Farley Clint Smith of Akron, Malcotis Smith of Meadville and Finale Smith of Lima. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
