He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy Watkins and Teresa Watkins; his granddaughter Ashley Blackburn (John); his great grandchild Clayton Watkins; his siblings, Paul Vance and Debbie Robinson; and his niece Janey Phelps (Kyle).
