He was predeceased by: his father Dean Levengood; and his siblings, Jeffrey Levengood and Cathy Adams. He is survived by: his mother Stella L. Scott Levengood of Zoarville; his wife Sally Mast; his sons, Cameron Peterman, Julian, Jaren and Jaydn Levengood; and his siblings, Richard Levengood (Lorna), Paula Moore, Valerie Gordon and Wendy Lab (Andy). He is also survived by Numerous brothers and sisters-in-law and nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid 19, safety precautions will be taken. The 6-foot rule will be honored and all guests are to wear a mask.
