He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Whipkey and Stella Whipkey (Wendell); and his siblings, Linda (Rick Shank) and Ike Wilson. He is survived by: his daughter Heather Cantrell (Josh); his siblings, Audrey Whitacre (David), Maryann Smith (Bud) of Harlem Springs and Doug Whipkey (Cheri) of Augusta; and his sister-in-law Shawn Wilson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
